Vendor Sale Promotion Reminder
Thinking about running a sale in your booth? If you'd like to promote a discount or special offer, email Sierrah@memorydenpdx.com with the details. We can add your sale to Ricochet and place signs in your booth to help shoppers notice your promotion. It's a great way to bring extra attention to your space and boost sales. We look forward to helping spread the word!
Booth Stock Reminder
Attention vendors: Please take a moment to check in on your booth and make sure it is well stocked and looking its best. A full, organized booth helps attract customers and can make a big difference in sales. If you have empty shelves, racks, or display areas, now is a great time to bring in fresh inventory and tidy up your space. Thank you for helping keep Memory Den full of exciting finds for our shoppers!
Spooky Photo Op Vendor Call
We're getting ready to create a spooky photo op for the Halloween season! If you have any dark, mysterious, gothic, witchy, or spooky items that you think would be a great fit, please send a photo to Sierrah@memorydenpdx.com for consideration. Any items selected for the display will remain available for sale while featured in the photo op. Thank you for helping us bring some spooky magic to Memory Den!
Portland Marathon Traffic & Parking Notice
The Portland Marathon will be passing right by Memory Den on Sunday, October 4th. Due to road closures and increased traffic in the area, parking may be limited or unavailable until approximately 2:00 PM PST. If you plan to visit your booth that day, please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly.
VENDOR HOURS
Vendors can work on their booths every day of the week starting at 10 a.m. Two staff members will be on site at 10 a.m. every day. On Saturdays and Sundays, vendors must leave by 11 a.m., as we do not allow vendors to work on their booths during weekend operating hours due to high customer traffic.
Vendor Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-11am, Thursdays 7pm-9pm
Vendors may not enter the building before 10 a.m., when vendor hours begin.

As we head into the busy fall season, please take a few minutes to inspect your booth for any potential safety concerns. Make sure displays, shelves, mirrors, and other fixtures are secure, keep merchandise within your booth boundaries, and ensure aisles remain clear for customers and emergency access. Please also be mindful of any trip hazards, such as cords, rugs, or boxes. Taking a few moments to check your space helps keep Memory Den safe and enjoyable for everyone. Items in Your Booth
Attention top-floor vendors: If you find an item in your booth that does not belong to you but does have a tag attached, please place it in the fitting room rather than the untagged items room. This helps us return merchandise to the correct vendor more efficiently. Thank you for your help!
Tagging Stations
Please do not adjust or change any of the settings on the tagging stations. The stations are configured to work properly for all vendors, and changes can cause issues for others using the system. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly.

Wet Floors & Rainy Weather Reminder – With rain expected this week, please be aware that customers may be tracking in water throughout the store. Wet floors can become slippery quickly, especially near entrances, stairways, and high-traffic areas. If you notice any puddles, leaks, or slippery spots while visiting your booth, please alert a staff member right away so we can address the issue promptly. Your help in keeping an eye out for potential hazards goes a long way in keeping Memory Den safe for everyone.

We were recently contacted by the organizers of Relik Vintage Fest, a new curated vintage market coming to the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield, WA.

Hi everyone,
Just a heads up that on Tuesday we will be making changes to our Wi-Fi network. If you have a camera connected to the current Wi-Fi in your booth, it may go offline once the change is made.
The Wi-Fi password will be changing, so you will need to come in and reconnect your camera or device to the new network.
If you need assistance getting everything set back up, please see me, Angie, or Dot, and we'll be happy to help.

Great news, the elevator is officially back in service!
Thank you all for your patience while it was out. We're happy to have it up and running again for late Vendor Night tonight! We appreciate everyone's understanding during the downtime.

IMPORTANT MD UPDATE:
We wanted to let you know that we had technicians come out to inspect the elevator. Unfortunately, despite their visit, the elevator is once again out of service.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this will cause. Please know that we are actively working to have the issue resolved and will do everything we can to get the elevator back up and running as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this issue. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

We are adding signage and ID numbers to all cases around the store. This ensures staff can easily identify them for customers. You will see identifying signage added to your cases.

If you have any furniture you would like submitted for the furniture room, please email a picture and info to Angie for approval. Please do not add furniture without prior approval.
Due to a very limited number of interested vendors, we will not pursue a vendor council at this time.
VENDOR HOURS
Vendors can work on their booths every day of the week starting at 10 a.m. Two staff members will be on site at 10 a.m. every day. On Saturdays and Sundays, vendors must leave by 11 a.m., as we do not allow vendors to work on their booths during weekend operating hours due to high customer traffic.
Vendor Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-11am, Thursdays 7pm-9pm
Vendors may not enter the building before 10 a.m., when vendor hours begin.
May Vendor Night with Sierrah: Wednesday May 13th, 7 pm–11 pm
There will be no vendor night on Thursday, May 14th or Thursday May 21st, due to the special event
UPCOMING EVENTS
May 21st- Third Thursday at MD- Artist Event
We will host a special event night focusing on Artist Alley. We are also partnering with Thru & Thru, who will provide live music upstairs in the mall. This event will be after regular store hours, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please come and support our local artists!
May 23rd: Mausoleum Event @ 2pm
The newly expanded and opened Mausoleum will host an event featuring snacks and a circus sideshow performance in front of the clock wall
June 27th: Camp Memory Den- We will have a custom patch station for people to add an MD Patch to their clothes or bags as well as a s'mores station. We would also like to have a mystery bag section where customers can buy a camp/summer-themed mystery bag. If any vendors would like to create mystery bags to sell at the event, please email Sierrah (sierrah@memorydenpdx.com) for more details or to sign up. These mystery bags will be featured at the event.
HEALTH & SAFETY
NO Construction is allowed during open store hours- This includes any use of power tools
If you want to affix anything to the current building structure, management must approve it beforehand. Many of our walls are cement and we need to ensure any permanent fixtures are compliant for safety.
